I’m not just someone who talks about unmedicated births—I’ve lived it, breathed it, and guided countless other moms through it. I’ve seen firsthand how the right preparation, knowledge, and support can turn birth from something unknown into something powerful and transformative.
With years of experience as a birth coach, doula and Perinatal Pilates instructor, I took my passion for birth, combined it with expert training and a dose of real-life mom grit, and created resources and support that cuts through the noise. I’ve been where you are—navigating endless information, working through the “what-ifs,” and wondering if I could really do this.
